Describe the Impact of a Project you’re focused on.

I have been studying behaviour change science and economics for almost 20 years - and I have been building my company helping small businesses grow since 2005. Based on all of the data we have collected we know that someone's age, race, religion, gender/association does not have a direct impact on their success - but rather their access, clarity, discipline and focus do. I believe that if we can get everyone equal access to support and the pillars of behaviour change - we can create a more equal chance of success. It is also true that when you look at almost all economic data related to job creation, poverty reduction, community development and overall economic development - helping small businesses succeed is crucial. So - my mission is to continue to use my business as a tool for justice and to help small businesses all over the world succeed - in order to increase the impact that they can have on their families, teams, communities and the economy.

What results do you hope for when the impact is amplified?

If we can simply help a small percentage of the existing small business owners in the world today succeed - we can have a dramatic impact on individual success, job creation, community development and creating a more just economy. I want to contribute to those 4 goals as much as humanly possible with the resources that I have.
