She is a former BBC war reporter turned entrepreneur who’s company has designed a system to reduce anxiety in teenagers using virtual reality and mindfulness. In a randomized control trial, in the pediatric ER at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, Take-Pause reduced anxiety by 45%.
