Describe the Impact of a Project you’re focused on.

Many of the projects I work on involve helping people to discover and accelerate the things they are most passionate about. This can sometimes mean uncovering and clarifying an idea, right through to developing strategy and implementing a new venture.

What results do you hope for when the impact is amplified?

My hope is that the people I work with can and will achieve the impact they are seeking. Results for me can take many forms, because it is always driven by what others define for themselves.

What do you have to offer as a connector? What can you give as expertise to others?

I have worked with some of the largest organizations in the world, and as an executive coach and CEO of my leadership firm, there are not many challenges that I have not seen first-hand, and/or helped people find solutions to. I offer this background and experience to anyone who is looking to accelerate what they care about the most.
