Describe the Impact of a Project you’re focused on.

All of my projects are woven with a similar thread: help people like themselves and life a little more. In today's world of Instagram, it's increasingly difficult to believe we're enough. I help people realize that the narrative we're sold through marketing and [social] media is an unrealistic one – and that the resultant shame is what's generally at the root of our suffering. In other words, I call out the pharmaceutical industry-informed conceptualization of mental "illness" and advocate for a systemic perspective of mental health vs. a pathologized one situated within the individual (i.e. mental health is largely a function of environment and circumstance, vs. biology). Ultimately, I help people learn to embrace life's messiness and enhance resilience through increased self-awareness and self-compassion.

What results do you hope for when the impact is amplified?

I want self-awareness and self-compassion to be accessible to everyone!

What do you have to offer as a connector? What can you give as expertise to others?

I have a robust network and looooove making connections that could be fruitful! As far as expertise, I'm trained clinically as a mental health professional and offer executive coaching and consulting.
