William C Doll
In 2012, William founded Syneidesis – a bridge group for the principal members of Traditional & Impact Families. This cross-over society really took shape in 2013 when James W. McGlothlin helped organize a meeting at his private golf club in Virginia called The Olde Farm (TOF). Among its members, TOF includes Chairmen, Board members and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies as well as icons of American sport.
Before founding Syneidesis, William spent 5 years on Wall Street, starting as an entry-level salesman for a B2B events company. By 2011, he was Sales Director of the flagship NYC office overseeing a team 70 personnel working on more than 20 projects. During these years, he formed deep relationships in the Oil and Gas sector.
He and his wife, Ekaterina, moved to NYC in 2004 from Ithaca, NY where they both graduated Cornell University. Prior to NYC, William produced, edited, and shot documentary films with Oscar nominated, Emmy Award winning verité filmmaker Slawomir Grunberg
