Describe the Impact of a Project you’re focused on.

Our current venture fund is focused on tackling system level challenges in three main areas: food security -- feeding the world's growing population; clean water-- providing affordable access to all; and, technologies for the aging-- increasing accessibility to technologies that enable people to age in place safely and with dignity.

What results do you hope for when the impact is amplified?

Food, water, and aging with dignity are unchallenged basic human rights. And yet, Over 795 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life; 663 million people live without easy access to clean water; and, within a decade, more than half of middle class seniors in the US will be unable to afford eldercare. This is the scale of the challenges we are tackling, and we believe in the power of technology to address key leverage points that can have system-wide change.

What do you have to offer as a connector? What can you give as expertise to others?

We have an existing network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors we can connect folks with. We are also happy to provide feedback and guidance to early stage companies in the first stages of raising capital.
